Enterprise Ireland is committed to using social media to facilitate an ongoing dialogue between the agency and our stakeholders, including the general public, our clients, and other Irish Government agencies. We welcome your comments, ideas and concerns and hope that you will find the information here of value and helpful in understanding what we are doing and what we can do to help you. Where a moderation policy is in place the following guidelines apply:
- Given the need to effectively manage our resources, moderating and posting of comments will occur during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
- Enterprise Ireland 's social media projects may not be used for the submission of any claim, demand, informal or formal complaint, or any other form of legal and/or administrative notice or process, or for the exhaustion of any legal and/or administrative remedy.
We expect conversations will follow the rules of polite discourse and we ask that participants treat each other with respect. We will therefore not post comments that include inappropriate language or confidential or sensitive personal information.
For the benefit of robust discussion, we ask that comments remain "on-topic." We will not post comments that include:
- Off-topic comments (If you have off-topic comments that are relevant to the activities of Enterprise Ireland, please submit them to our Press Office via our contact page at http://www.enterprise-ireland.com/contact).
- Identical comments by the same user (please don't submit over and over expecting the post to show up faster) or multiple users (a group of people sending identical messages or one person submitting under different aliases). In the case of identical comments, we will approve the first submission.
